Judy Esner Neill (Sun City, AZ) has spent nearly her entire career in the travel industry. Judy worked for Northwest Airlines for 15 years; the first 2 1/2 years in Chicago working in reservations, transferred to Cleveland Hopkins Airport for 8 1/2 years and the last four years at Anchorage Airport in Alaska.

After she left NWA, she went to work for Alaska Business College and taught the Airline and Tourism classes for two years. Judy contracted arthritis while living in Alaska and was told, at the age of 36, if she were to stay in Alaska she would be confined to a wheelchair within ten years.

Judy met and married husband Archie in Anchorage. They were married in 1976 and had 31 wonderful years together before he passed away in 2007.

With the news of her arthritis, Archie and Judy moved to Sun City, Arizona in 1979 and have been there ever since. She opened a travel agency in 1980 and ran it for 18 years until she could see the airlines were making it difficult for agencies to exist. She sold her agency and went to work for American Express Platinum travel where Judy planned travel for the American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders until her retirement in 2007 just 3 months before she lost Archie.
