Sally Prezy Florian (Warren, OH) went to work at National City Bank in downtown Cleveland after graduation. She worked at the bank until she married in 1966 and moved to Parma. Sally and her husband have two daughters, and one son. Her husband’s job transported them to Warren, Ohio in 1972. Warren became their home.

Sally started a craft business. She started selling at local craft shows. Her business grew to the point she could only do a few shows a year but they were bigger and out of town. In 2008 she retired. All of her crafts were handmade. Some of her homemade crafts included dolls, table runners, purses, aprons and more.

Her husband’s job transported them to BelAir, Maryland. Their youngest daughter moved with them while their son and other daughter continued their educations at Ohio University and Youngstown State respectively. All their children are now married and have blessed them with seven grandchildren. BelAir was a great place to live. They did a lot of traveling up and down the coast.

The Florians moved back to Warren and retired shortly thereafter. “We are having a great time with our children and grandchildren. We seem to be busy all the time. Can't figure out how we ever had time to work!”

They now spend the winter months near Vero Beach, Florida. Sally started quilting with her Florida friends from up the coast. Quilting keeps her busy while her husband fishes in the ocean and Indian River.

“After 43 years of marriage, all is going strong. We hope to have many more years together.

Hope to see everyone next year.”
