Phil Street (Florence, AL) After graduating from BHS, I went to Wittenberg and graduated with a BS in Business.

Joined the Air Force and spent the next 6 1/2 yrs. flying as a navigator.  Went to Thailand and flew 100 missions over North Viet Nam. I went to England next and spent 3 1/2 yrs in the RF4C in reconnaissance.  While in the Air Force, I managed to see most of the world traveling to Europe, Spain, Russia and many other places throughout Europe and Southeast Asia.  Left the Air Force as a Captain.

I resigned my commission to join my father in Alabama and help start up a gray iron foundry.  From 1970 to the present I have been in the foundry in varying capacities and have been the President for the last 23 years.

I met my wife Linda, a high school English teacher, in 1971. We were married in 1973.  We have been married for 36 years and had two boys Mark and Eric.  Eric has joined me in the foundry and at present is quality control manager.  He is married to Kristy and we have three wonderful grandchildren, Kaitlyn (11 years old), Kameron (8), and Kooper (1).  Mark went to college and studied business but is presently unemployed.

I still work at our foundry, but am slowing down some. I plan to work for a few more years as long as my health holds out.

Linda and I plan on doing some traveling and recently purchased a time share which we plan on using to the fullest extent.  That's about it for the last 50 yrs. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone soon.
