Suzon M. Stuchel Bernow (Medina, OH) After leaving Brecksville at the end of the 10th grade, Suzon graduated from Andrews School in Willoughby. She and husband Richard were married in 1963. In 1971 they moved to their mini farm in Medina County. Suzon went to work for the Cloverleaf Schools as a bus driver and later in Food Service. She retired in 2000, got bored, and went to work part-time in 2003.

“My life has been very busy the past 50 years. We raised two sons and I became involved in the township where we live, first as a firefighter EMT, then with the zoning commission and finally as a 12 year township trustee.”

“Our life now is filled with our part-time work and our two wonderful grandchildren, Nick 15 and Kayleigh 10. They keep us busy traveling to see them participate in the respective interests. Nick in music and Kayleigh showing her horses.”

“Time has not dulled the memories of the good times I spent growing up in Brecksville and the friends I still remember fondly. I hope to see them at the 50th reunion.”
